Free standard shipping on orders over $30. Single-comb orders ship at a flat $4.99. Standard delivery: 5–8 business days, fully tracked. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same-day from our New Jersey warehouse.

International

We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery windows calculated at checkout. Typical transit: UK & EU 7–12 days, Canada 6–10 days, AUS/NZ 10–14 days. Tracking included on all international orders. Duties and import taxes (if any) are the customer's responsibility.

Processing

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Tracking emails go out as soon as your label is generated — usually within 24 hours of order.

Returns

Try the HEIR Volume Comb for 30 days. If your hair doesn't behave better, send it back — we'll cover the return label and refund you in full. No restocking fee, no fine print.

How to start a return

Email hello@heirgrooming.co with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label within one business day. Refunds process to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the comb.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email a photo to hello@heirgrooming.co and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
