The 30-day fit guarantee
If, for any reason, your HEIR Volume Comb does not work for your hair within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund of the product price.
This is a contractual guarantee we offer in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law (including, for EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal described below).
How to start a return
- Email hello@heirgrooming.co with your order number and a one-line note ("doesn't work for my hair," "not as expected," etc. — we don't need a written essay).
- We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
- Drop the comb (in any condition — used or unused) at your nearest postal location.
- Once we receive the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, email a photo to hello@heirgrooming.co within 14 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at our cost — you do not need to return the original.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal (for EU consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Lithuanian Civil Code.
To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal to hello@heirgrooming.co before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model form below.

If you exercise this right, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Return shipping under the right of withdrawal is at your cost unless we explicitly cover it (which we do under our 30-day fit guarantee — see above).
What we cannot accept back
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns where the comb has been visibly damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer (e.g. snapped teeth from being placed loose in a mailer). Use the original sleeve or padded packaging when returning.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned goods. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
