Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of heirgrooming.co (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from it.

  • Trading name: HEIR Grooming Co.
  • Legal entity: MB Diena is dienos, a small partnership (Mažoji bendrija) organised under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

References to "we", "us", or "HEIR" mean MB Diena is dienos trading as HEIR Grooming Co.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or order from us.

You must be 16 or older

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to place an order or create an account.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product photographs, descriptions, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that they are free of error. Where a clear pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment in full.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of any shipping fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your destination.

Orders and acceptance of contract

Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. The contract of sale forms at that moment.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (without limitation) where:

  • The product is out of stock or mispriced.
  • We cannot ship to the address you provided.
  • We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by independent providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal) and is subject to their own terms. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day fit guarantee is described in full in our Refund Policy. This is a contractual commitment we offer in addition to any statutory rights you may have, including the EU consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names, designs, photography, and code — is the property of MB Diena is dienos or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written consent.

User-generated content

If you submit a review, photograph, or any other content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with HEIR and its marketing. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence and that the content is yours.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products:

  • For any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • To impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • To collect or harvest personal data of other users.
  • To interfere with the Site's operation, security, or performance.
  • For any commercial resale without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by mandatory consumer law. HEIR products are grooming tools, not medical devices, and do not promise medical or therapeutic outcomes.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The courts of Lithuania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, save that nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. We will post the updated version on the Site with a "last updated" date.
