Shipping policy
Where we ship from
HEIR is operated by MB Diena is dienos (Lithuania) and ships through our international fulfilment partners. Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation.
United States
- Single comb ($14.99): $4.99 flat shipping.
- Two combs or more ($24.99+): Free standard shipping.
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days, tracked.
- Expedited delivery: Available at checkout at carrier rate (typically 2–4 business days).
International
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight. Typical transit times:
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7–12 business days, tracked.
- Canada: 6–10 business days, tracked.
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–14 business days, tracked.
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days, tracked.
Order processing
We process and dispatch Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 14:00 (2pm) Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.
You will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your label being generated.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
For destinations outside the United States and the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price displayed on our Site.
EU orders: where applicable, VAT will be charged at checkout in accordance with EU rules on distance sales.
Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We cannot reroute a package once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship at the standard rate.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days (US) or 15 business days (international), email us at hello@heirgrooming.co. We will open a trace with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost we will ship a replacement at our cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged in transit
Photograph any damage to the outer packaging or the product itself and email hello@heirgrooming.co within 14 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at our cost.
